What is a Dissemination Clause? A dissemination clause is to prevent the other party to the contract from sharing documents, graphics, copy, etc. to others outside of the contract.

Who is this clause for? This clause is for anyone that provides tangibles to others as part of their agreement and doesn’t want them shared. This is especially useful for coaching and/or group programs.
