What is a confidentiality clause?  A confidentiality clause is used in contracts to protect the owner of proprietary, sensitive, or important information from being spread by the other party in a contract.

Who is this clause for?  This clause is for anyone that already has a great contract but needs to add a clause to ensure their proprietary information is not shared.
